How to obtain the list by name
The table above gives categories. The full list with legal names, scope and transfer safeguards is provided:
- to every controller entering into the data processing agreement — it forms an annex to that agreement;
- to any data subject on request sent to centrum@remedy.com.pl — free of charge and with no need to justify the request.
We publish categories rather than names because the choice of providers is information about how our business is organised. This limits no one's rights: the right to learn the identity of recipients is served through both routes above.
